The Romanian Association for Support and Development (ARSD Paris) is a humanitarian and socio-cultural association headquartered in Paris (MVAC of the 13th arrondissement). Founded in 2016, its mission is to promote and showcase Romanian culture in France through year-round shows, debates, and exhibitions.

Founded in 2016 (JOAFE No. 20160025), ARSD Paris was born from the realization that many Romanians arriving in France struggled with administrative procedures and access to their rights. Six volunteers committed to providing free, caring support.
